Reach the editorial team.
We're an editorial team, not a call center. If you need urgent care matching, use our Find Care tool. For questions, suggestions, corrections, or media inquiries — we're here.
We read every note
The editorial team reviews all incoming email personally. We aim to respond within two business days. During weekends and holidays, replies may be slower.
Pick the right path — we'll get you an answer faster
SeniorsAssistants is a small editorial team supported by a research and moderation staff. The right contact path depends on what you need. Below, we explain each of the main ways families and readers reach us, and what to expect from each.
🏡 You need to find home care for a family member
The fastest path is our Find Care tool. Answer a few questions about your family's situation, and we'll match you with vetted private-pay providers in your area. There's no cost to families to be matched, and no obligation to hire anyone we recommend. The tool is faster than email because it gathers the specific information our care advocates need to make a good match.
✉️ You have a question about our editorial content
If you're reading one of our guides and something is unclear, outdated, or wrong — please tell us. Email editorial@seniorsassistants.com with the article URL and the specific concern. We fact-check corrections and update the article publicly. Corrections are appended with a dated note at the bottom of the article.
📚 You want to suggest a topic or resource
Family caregivers and industry professionals often see gaps in our coverage before we do. If there's a topic you'd like us to cover, a resource you think we should recommend, or a comparison you couldn't find anywhere online — email editorial@seniorsassistants.com. We don't publish everything suggested, but every note shapes our editorial calendar.
🏥 You represent a home care agency or provider
SeniorsAssistants maintains a vetted network of private-pay home care providers. If your agency would like to be considered for our provider network, email partners@seniorsassistants.com with agency name, state, and years of operation. We do not accept paid placements. Every network provider is independently vetted.
📰 You're a journalist or researcher
For media inquiries, interview requests, or research collaborations, email press@seniorsassistants.com. Please include your outlet, deadline, and the specific angle you're working on. We're happy to share editorial context on home-care industry topics.
⚖️ You have a legal, privacy, or compliance question
Email editorial@seniorsassistants.com with "Legal" or "Privacy" in the subject line. Our editorial team routes these to the appropriate person. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for standing information.
Why we don't publish a phone number
SeniorsAssistants is an editorial resource, not a call center or a home care agency. We don't take service calls, we don't dispatch caregivers, and we don't schedule visits. A phone line would create the wrong expectation — and would be answered by someone who couldn't actually solve most callers' problems.
When you need to hire care, our Find Care tool connects you with providers in our vetted network who do have phone lines, do have care coordinators, and can begin service same-day if needed. That's the right way to route those calls.
For everything else — editorial questions, feedback, corrections, partnership inquiries, media requests — email is faster, more accurate, and easier for our team to route to the right person. We treat email seriously and reply personally.
